Humanscale Liberty Chair – Ergonomic Office Chair for Healthy, Dynamic Sitting

The Humanscale Liberty Chair is designed for sustained, long-term use, offering exceptional comfort while naturally supporting healthy posture. With its self-adjusting recline mechanism, form-sensing mesh backrest, and durable seat cushion, Liberty adapts automatically to your body, allowing you to sit comfortably without constant adjustments.

Intelligent Ergonomics

The Liberty Chair uses a self-adjusting recline system that responds automatically to your body weight and movement. As you lean back, the chair provides balanced support without complicated controls or tension adjustments.

The form-sensing mesh backrest conforms to the natural curvature of your spine, supporting both the lumbar area and upper back while maintaining breathability and flexibility.

Designed for Healthy Posture

• Encourages dynamic sitting rather than fixed posture
• Supports healthy circulation and spinal alignment
• Helps reduce strain on the neck, hips, and lower back
• Ideal for long work sessions in studios, offices, or creative environments

While the Liberty Chair supports prolonged sitting, maintaining movement throughout the day remains important. Using a sit-stand desk or standing up regularly helps promote circulation and keeps muscles active.
